Suitable for safe processing of microbiologic cultures. The INCUCELL^® line is characterised by noiseless operation and slow air flow in usable space. The INCUCELL^® V line (version with fan) guarantees faster and more precise temperature distribution with small variations. Special fields of use include mainly biologic and microbiologic laboratories. They can be also used for quality tests in pharmaceutical industry and cosmetics, for tests in veterinary medicine and food processing industry.

Natural Forced Circulation in the Chamber

The principle of operation is based on fine gravitation air flow in electrically heated chamber of the device.

The double-tube construction of the chamber together with control automatics arrange homogenous distribution of temperature in the chamber, exact progress of processes and short recovery times (return to selected temperature) after the door opening. It is characterised by its economic operation. It is suitable for simple process of drying and heating of standard materials. The devices work on no-noise basis.

Product Series Description

The cost-effective incubator series INCUCELL^® with the chamber volume of 22, 55, 111, 222, 404, 707 and 1212 liters, working temperature from 5°C above ambient temperature up to 100°C and precise temperature control is suitable for high-quality and safe processing of microbiological cultures in laboratories and industry. The series INCUCELL^® is characterized by noiseless run and soft air flow. It offers high operating comfort, precise control and short times of temperature recovery in the chamber after the door opening. The devices INCUCELL^® meet requirements of technical-legislative regulations both in CZ and EU.

Basic Design Components

Sturdy design and perfect protection against corrosion are ensured by a self-supporting outer jacket made of galvanized steel sheet with hard and resistant baking varnish on the outer side. The inner double-jacket chamber and the door panel are made of high-quality stainless steel (DIN 1.4301, AISI 304). For the purposes of energy saving and minimizing the heat radiated to the ambient air, the chamber is perfectly insulated with an ecological insulating material. The inner walls of the chamber can be easily removed without using any tool, e.g. for the purposes of cleaning. On top of that the chamber has a continuously adjustable air flap and inner glass door. The door is secured at four points for perfect tightening.
